Image size: 7.25 x 4.75 (both characters combined). No paint loss on Animation Cel. This original cel painting of Winnie the Pooh and Owl with matching background painting were created by artists at Vaccaro Associates under direct Disney supervision and photographed in the making of an educational filmstrip titled I Believe in Make Believe. In the 1980's Walt Disney produced a series of narrated film strips featuring the characters from the studio's popular Winnie the Pooh animated films based on the stories of A.

The art was created in much the same way as that for animated films: a background painting with cel of the characters with registration holes along the bottom. This set of originals has the " Walt Disney Educational Media Company" stamp and Vaccaro Associates, Inc. Label on the back along with the title of the filmstrip. Handwritten production note "BG D" appears at the bottom of the cel sheet; 12F Fr. 9 w/BG D is written on a paper cover sheet. Animation Cel/Background in Very Fine Condition. Would look spectacular matted and framed.
