Vintage Sears Winnie the Pooh Blue Swiss Dot Ruffles Lace Ankle Length. Has a rip at hem of underskirt and upwards on the seam. In my opinion an easy fix. Blue dotted Swiss with ruffles and white (slightly aged) lace. Button back and a sash.
