B which I have heard was a term of endearment AA Milne was called by his wife Daphne who encouraged him to write the book. It also refers to the end of the book in which Christopher Robin gives Pooh a gift and one of the gifts is labeled HB for Helping Bear. The story is written using real things from the authors life so this dedication to his wife could refer to the book in which he gave his wife and signed it using his pet name. With that said, I have priced this book without this in mind as I will let an expert do their own research. An original First Edition / First Printing of the highly collectable children's classic' Winnie The Pooh'. Published in 1926 this delightful book is in nice condition for it's age, all original and presenting well.

In addition it has retained the correct First Issue dust jacket which is quite rare correctly stating 117th thousand to the front flap. A delight for the collector and worthy of it's place in any collection.
