Pre-owned and in great working and physical condition. This bear is a little more special than the ones listed. This one has a mechanical wind-up and plays Winnie the Pooh theme. It sets the bear up a little bit so there is a rubber pad under his right foot so he don't tip forward. He's made of a mixed resin based material. His arms move but dont stay up on his eyes but they do on the forehead.
