This is in very, very good condition. No visible wear on wooden calendar. Everything looks in excellent condition. It comes from her smoke free home. Please see pics for everything included.

Now when I say everything is in excellent condition, I do not mean the styrofoam. It shows lots of use but is still very usable for storing and protecting plates.
