It is marked "13 - WTP - 190; TV SET 40 - 16 LOT # 14" on the back. It also has "This art was produced by Walt Disney Television Animation - Disney" on the back (see picture). This cel is enclosed in an acid free sleeve and framed, with the embossed "Walt Disney Television Original Animation Art" certification seal.
