Here I present an original vintage pre-owned rare. John Wright: Winnie-the-Pooh Pocket Pooh Fully Jointed Plush Limited Edition, excellent in box with ID. This Classic Pocket Pooh is LTD EDITION OF 3500 pieces. Includes the signed Certificate of Authenticity and descriptive booklet on Pooh's arm. Pocket piglet not a matched # to pooh.
This doll is in all-original excellent condition and still is attached with ties in its original box (I UNTIED TO TAKE PHOTOS AND THEN TIED HIM BACK IN BOX :). Milne's Winnie-the Pooh books to their four children, John and Susan began to envision the characters brought to life in their studio.
After obtaining a contract with the Walt Disney Company the studio went into production in the 1980s. John Wright "Pocket Series" began with the release of "Pocket Pooh" in 1993. The following year due to popular demand, it was decided to expand on the success of Pocket Pooh by offering the other animal characters in the Winnie-the-Pooh books in the same miniature scale. This Pocket Pooh is about 5 tall and he captured the essence of Winnie-the-Pooh Pooh character as depicted by E. Shepard in the original Winnie-the-Pooh books by A.
This delightful small version of Pooh is fully jointed and made of mohair plush with glass eyes and hand-embroidered features.
