This set is the first printing of The House on Pooh Corner and Now We are Six They each are bound in the appropriate red and pink bindings and are fine examples of this famous juvenile literature. Shortly after the successes of When We Were Very Young, Milne planned his second book for children, this is evidenced by a letter he wrote to his brother stating that it would appear in 1927 or 1928. The following year Milne introduced another pivotal character to the Hundred Acre Wood Tigger!

Tigger finds his place in House at Pooh Corner alongside Pooh and friends. Collation complete with all pages: 103p; 178p. Binding: Hardcover cloth; tight and secure. 7.5in X 5.25in (19.5cm x 13cm).
